the school

The time finally came. I've had my life on hold ever since I graduated from my undergrad because I wanted to go to law school and I didn't know where I would end up. The first round of applications was a vicious learning curve that kicked me right square in the pants. The second round was obviously more productive. I made it here to Saint Paul in the middle of August and settled in. I still feel like a stranger in a strange place but thats normal and expected. I got a job at the library which is perfect for a first year student. It gives me plenty of time to figure out what the hell I'm doing with myself. I figure it will take a little while to feel seated in my own soul. Its kind of funny being in the school because it is full of overachievers who want to be noticed by the professor and go out of their way to reveal their idiocy. I'm happy to be here and love the abuse.
