I am still facinated by New Orleans and what happened with Katrina. In these two pictures, the spray paint is FEMA marking the 1 in the lower quadrant of the X means that there was a body. The NOFD of course is instructions that the fire department is to move the body out. Where is crossed out means that the FD had already been there and removed the body.
