Is it ok to fart in the bathroom?

I went into the bathroom there in the library. I know, what was I doing in the library? Well, lets put it this way, they are going to give me my own Dewey decimal number or make me pay rent. I digress, so I'm going into the bathroom and there is some dude in the urinal, no problem, I just jump to the stall. Over the sound of my own urinating in the toilet the dude rips a huge fart. I chuckle to myself and ponder. After all if there is an appropriate place to fart its in the bathroom right? Then I leave and run into the military's new secret weapon and that man should be on a no fly list or reported to the EPA for that nuclear waste he just put in the air. Man I gag now at the thought. When he sees me he acts a little startled. I noticed that he had his ipod buds, earplugs, earphones, whatever you call those on. He didn't even hear me come in and thought that he was all alone and by the smell of things he should stay way.
